The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 65-year-old James Theodore Thomas, who was last seen in the 1800 block of Hamlin Street, NE, on Monday, September 14, 2015.
James Theodore Thomas is described as a Black Male, 6’0” tall, 150 pounds, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve burgundy shirt, black pants, white tennis shoes, black bucket hat and eye glasses. He may be in need of medication.
