Re: cheat_training_group Week #4 Fall Training

Hello:  I am excited about the Gauley trip this weekend.  I am planning to leave Friday afternoon, and I am looking to carpool with someone if possible.  Are we staying in the same campground (Tawney Farms)?  Will there be anyone there Friday night?  Any more details would be appreciated.

It was an awesome weekend!   Tawney farms was great-- beautiful spot and quiet.   We got off to a kind of late start on Saturday b/c of the shuttling and all the traffic, but other than that it was the best weekend of paddling I've had to date.   Notwithstanding the huge crush of people at the put-in on Saturday I never felt crowed on the water (maybe b/c we didn't put on till after 12?), and Sunday was pretty quiet.  As always, Steve-O and Tom were fabulous.  LAKS is the best!

This week will be our last Fall Training sessions on the Potomac.  Danny Stock is running Tuesday and Wednesday, Steve-O is running Thursday. Please meet at Sandy Beach again at 5:30. 

For the Gauley Trip this weekend I have Carlos, Eric, Maegon, and Eva signed up, Steve-O and Farve leading.
