- Pick up from Whitman, Pyle, Westland, or Washington Waldorf right after school or meet us at the river at 4 pm.
- 6 sessions
- Choose one day or more!
- Mondays: Plastic Boats, Open to any Level
- Tuesdays: Open Slalom
- Wednesdays: Plastic Boats, Intermediate & Advanced
- Thursdays: Advanced Slalom
| | Slalom Team
Canoe/Kayak Slalom is a competitive sport with the aim to navigate a boat through a course of hanging downstream or upstream gates on river rapids in the fastest time possible. It is one of the two kayak and canoeing disciplines at the Summer Olympics. Calleva's Slalom Team is coached by Olympian Ashley Nee and supported by other competitors. Slalom is great for learning control and precision in whitewater-- and for going fast!
