Re: [WardFive] Join us for our April Meeting -- Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:30pm

Hello Shirley!  Right now we have just reactivated the organization so we have a steering committee running the organization until elections that will be held in May.  The steering committee includes:
Theodora Brown
Raenelle Zapata
Mary Melchoir
Elizabeth Davis
Faith Gibson Hubbard

We welcome new members and interest in running for an executive board role.

Thanks! Please share the meeting invite with your friends and neighbors:
Hello!
We would like to invite you to join us for the Ward Five Council on Education March meeting on Tuesday, April 23rd at Luke C. Moore High School (1001 Monroe Ave NE). We look forward to a great conversation and hope that you will join us!

The focus of our meeting this month is on the proposed fiscal year 2020 education budget for the city. We will talk about the details of the budget, what the proposed budget means for our Ward 5 schools, and want to hear your questions and concerns.

Please share this invitation with other families, educators, community members, and your networks. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at ward5coe@gmail.com. Best, The Ward Five Council on Education Steering CommitteeSteering Committee Member
