cheat_training_group Dickerson & Rolling

Hi all,

I hope you will have a chance to get on the water this weekend!  The weather should be warm and there is water in many local runs!  LAKS is running a Dickerson session tomorrow, meeting  at 10:15 there are a couple of spaces left in that workout as well as 5 spots left in Open Rolling tomorrow night at the Lab School 5-7 pm.  Let me know if you are interested.
