Thanks to many of you, Jenkinsburg Road work smoothing the way to the Cheat River takeout is complete. Friends of Cheat raised over $9,000 from more than 200 donors in just one week! Those donations made it happen. Executive Director Amanda Pitzer said simply, "I am humbled by the generosity of our supporters." The project cost almost $10,000 and we're still about $800 short due to unexpected hikes in the cost of the gravel, so if you were still thinking about donating we could still use your help. Join us!
