[WardFive] Brookland Middle School Update

Good Morning Brookland Middle School (BMS) Neighbors,

Good Morning,

This email is to advise you that the BMS construction team will begin concrete work near the school's loading dock requiring use of the alley shared with 12th Street residents.

Work is scheduled to begin Monday, August 11, 2014 and last approximately two weeks. During this time concrete trucks will come in and out of the alley from approximately 12noon to 2pm each day, which will block some residents' access in and out of the alley during that time, but for no more than 15 minutes since trucks will need to switch in and out of the alley every 10-15 minutes.

Any resident waiting for access during this time will be accommodated every 10-15 minutes when the trucks switch out.

As always, please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.

THANKS,

Jackie
