Black History month is a time we reflex, learn and find out more about the leaders, events, and laws that help shape our country.

 We are recognizing the achievements of two of our own.

Mrs. Thelma Fagan Hyman, a very active centenarian matriarch who taught at Dunbar High School and Howard University

 

We extend this invitation to ANC 5B01 Commissioner Gayle Hall- Carley, the office of CM McDuffie and other City Council Members as well as the Mayor.

                         Mark your calendar and plan to join us -we will meet the second Wednesday of the months of

                                                          January – May and September – December.   

                                                                  Membership dues are $10 a calendar year.
