FYI,
Recently, the U.S. Census Bureau [ http://www.census.gov/prod/2013pubs/p20-568.pdf ] reported African-American voter turnout in 2012 outpaced white America voters. However, the Pew Research Center claims African-Americans may not have been truthful about voting.
