cheat_training_group Fall Training for Sept 2

Hi there!

I hope you guys had a good first week of Fall Training! We would love to get some feedback from it if there is anything that would be more helpful to you in working toward running the Gauley. 

For this weekend, please meet Tom at 9 am, ready to paddle, at Lock 5. We will be running Little Falls from 9-11. It is important to bring good river shoes as we will be hiking back up- no water in the canal. Tom's phone number is 301.980.1889 in case you need to get in touch.

For those of you not too familiar with Lock 5, it is located downstream from the Feeder canal at Lock 6, off of the Clara Barton Parkway. The parkway is divided at that point so you will need to be in the lanes going toward DC to access it. Here it is on Google Maps.

You should bring your playboat or the boat you are using for this training. Please let me know if you have any questions or are not able to make it.
