I Forgot. Outside and in between the time of all the violent and illegal things that I am "involved" in, my role as part of 5DCAC is just a cover. Don't tell anyone because it is a secret, but I am there as the "anti-christ" member!! Shhhh!! I am so glad that you and others who share your "logic" are here to save my soul and the soul of all the rest who think illogical like me!
What would the billion Hindus do without all the Christians to save them from going to hell and the protesters of the Cafe saving Brookland from all the Cafe's/Inn's "Drug/prostitution" - illegal activity and the "Nation of Islam" Attire!! Yep, that's all we are capable of - smoking some "weed", eating some Vegan Curry, and rolling around in Duvae covers and lounging on the Swede couches as we condone violence from our youth - all of it because we have a back door leading into an Inn!!
Phew! I don't know how I am going to earn a living now that I am exposed!!
Forever in your debt!

Good Morning Terri,
So I purposely didn't address the knife aspect in my initial emails. For you to say that:
1. My logic is the reason which has put our city in the position it is in,
2. That you and your family or anyone else deserves this,
3. That I tolerate a child doing this,
4. That I and the Group give this reaction a stamp of approval,
it would seem that your logic is really the one to be questioned. I won't tell you all that I am involved in that is positive, but I will add this to the list that I get blamed for along with the "drug dealing, money laundering, doing drugs, prostitution, murder, parking, housing stolen cars, child abuse, wild parties, front man for Guyanese Mafia!!! If I let you and the rest of my wonderful "logical" neighbors tell it, me and my family swing from Vine to Vine when we go from room to room in our House. Yes - We swing on vines, scratch our ass and our heads because we need you to train us on how to be "human"! Well this monkey is going to drop the banana peel in a place where you can slip and bump you logic into a realistic place!
Now allow me to address this issue in regards to your tale:
Other than these youth being "Bored" and having "Mob Mentality" and feeling the it is "OK" to do this,
1. I noticed that you have not said what the assailant said that she was angry about.
a. Is it because you have too much flowers, are too nice, have nice cars, kids don't play with them? - pray tell me!
b. From your "racial slurs" report, is it just because you are White?
c. Was she crossing the road too slow and your husband accidentally almost hit her.
d. Did something happen that just got taken the wrong way.
There has to be something other than what you have shared which is that - for absolutely no reason, the Youth just picked on your husband's truck to stab it with a knife and so many chose just to throw rocks at your house. Please tell us what other variables we need to be looking at to get the entire picture. So you know, I lived on the same Block with the Whipper Home ((home for girls) which was on the same block where lots of our youth hung out and things happened) for years. So, I have witness about everything you can imagine and more. So we are listening to hear what her accusations were!
If you don't have a clue, tell me around where the incident occurred (without us having to look at the police report) and we will be able to find out the other side to this!
Just so you know, I am sure that I speak for everyone who is silent on this listserv, we are glad that you and your family are safe and no physical harm was done to any of you. Just so you know, this "Monkey" really likes order and good neighborly behavior!

I've worked with teens (including adjudicated youth DC public schools) for the past 12 years. Behavior like this is not born of a single incident. The officers would have had us believe it is because the kids are collectively bored, but the kids screamed racial slurs at us which sounded like a lot more than boredom. That's what mob-mentality is all about. We see some of those kids almost daily and they don't do that in isolation. However, I believe it is being insinuated by one person that we somehow provoked this girl to stab a truck and come towards our fence with a knife? I'm not sure what to say about that logic except that it seems to be what has put our city in the position it is in at the moment with youth who are fully cognizant that nothing will happen to them. I'm not going to wax on about it, but it should never be a situation where we wonder what someone else did to "deserve" this to happen to them. It's not acceptable to tolerate a child doing something like this for a whole myriad of reasons that I won't get into. Her bad behavior, and the group's support of it, were just given an official seal of approval. The group clearly was of the mindset that they had nothing to lose and that nothing could possibly happen to them. "Now we know it's okay to do this and we don't get in any real trouble." When you get used to carrying knives and seeing your friends to that, what comes next?On Mon, Jun 11, 2012 at 6:06 AM, Terri Nostrand <terri.nostrand@gmail.com> wrote:
Commander Solberg and your team- I would like to say thank you. An officer called and spoke with my husband last night to let us know that they are on it. I am very grateful that something is being done. Your officer's kind words of support and understanding are helping bring a little peace of mind. I would also like to thank the kind residents of Ward 5 who emailed me on and off list to offer support. It is easy to feel alone and vulnerable when something like this happens. To a couple of other responders- I just wanted to clarify a couple of points from other emails. The account written in the first 5-6 sentences were not first hand, but I kept it short and non-embellished and I showed my husband to make sure the details I did not witness were accurate. The officers did show me the weapon and the description of it was first hand. In response to another person wondering why this happened- I'm not sure. When you get used to carrying knives and seeing your friends to that, what comes next? This isn't completely out of the blue. We have come home multiple times where we have found evidence that someone has thrown rocks at out house and our pets. A large number of mysterious dents, scratches and a smashed tail light have all appeared on my husband's vehicle over the past few weeks. Fortunately, it's a work truck, so it doesn't impact its usefulness. I would just like to extinguish the failed logic that would lead us to assume that our truck and house brought on these actions in our absence.Again, I am grateful for the support and attention to this matter.

>A 16 year old female with a concealed weapon (a pointy, serrated steak knife) just repeatedly stabbed my husband's truck. The girl and the mob of people with her didn't know my husband was in the yard. He yelled at her and asked her what she was doing. She came towards the fence with the knife out. Then, while waiting for the police to show, things got uglier because the group started to swell in size to about 20 kids and they began throwing rocks at our house.
>When the cops showed they initially didn't believe my husband that the girl had a knife. They searched her and found it in her possession. They spoke to her, but did not detain or arrest her. Please help me understand why police found someone with a concealed weapon, menacing and defacing someone's private property and they just released her like that? Or a large group of them threatening us and stoning our house and they just told them to move along?
>I came home with my young children in the middle of the police speaking with the girl. I was verbally accosted while I shuffled my kids into the house. The advice I was given was to not engage with them so that it doesn't escalate. I simply came home and was called all sorts of racial slurs- all in front of the cops. I don't know how I can do less to engage that just quickly walking into my house. We have a mob of youth that essentially just rioted, were in possession of at least one deadly weapon and what are we supposed to do about it? We were told to call if they do it again. I guess we just wait until things get "really" dangerous?
>Having witnessed the tail end and hearing about the weapon my children are now asking me why bad people don't get in trouble. Can you please tell me so that I can give them an answer?
