It's a matter of home training.  Black children are taugh early in their lives to wash their hands after using the toilet.  At least, I know, I was.

HE WAS RIGHT ... on overwhelming ration of 7:1  Black men wash their hands and white men do not ... as for me ... no comment!

What does all this mean?  Who knows ...
