[WardFive] Sharing some of the recent productions...

I want to share some of the recent productions we have done.

1)      The March edition of the DC Statehood Today show is now on-line.  Thank you to all that helped put it together.  This edition guests were:  Attorney General Karl Racine, Attorney Johnny Barnes, and Kevin Chavous, President of the DC Young Democrats.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3J3h03zuh8o

2)      If you didn’t get to see the program of the unveiling of Mayor Marion Barry statue last weekend, the program is now on-line.  This was a great event.  To relive the moment, please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rALoAZFJO10

3)      Last Friday, with winds that could knock you out, we went ahead with the DACA forum at UDC.  We had the program live streamed for those that feared the wind.  The entire program is also on-line:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PwgFWcNYg90

On DC Statehood:

·        We have a series of public PSAs promoting DC Statehood.  Checkout this one out by hip hop artist Frank Barr:  https://youtu.be/khm0UgeeAYQ

·        A couple of weeks ago, we had a good briefing for House staffers put together by DC Vote.  The program can be watched here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwDkGS7MdWo

·        We have started a bi-lingual national campaign for DC Statehood.  Our theme is around the slogan “SI SE PUEDE” (yes we can), a phrase coined by civil rights leader Dolores Huerta, who has graciously agreed to do one of our Public Announcements promoting DC Statehood.  We have buttons and postcards promoting the campaign, I am enclosing a copy of the button here.

Thank you, and be sure to subscribe to the DCiReporter YouTube Channel to keep up with all the productions about DC!

Thank you.
