Executive Assistant to the Provost-Catholic University

The Executive Assistant to the Provost has a broad set of responsibilities, including liaising with deans, department chairs, faculty, students, parents, alumni, and others; maintaining the Provost's schedule, including travel; coordinating meetings, orientations, and social functions between the Provost and other administrators, faculty, and students; receiving, routing, tracking and responding to requests submitted to the Office of the Provost, and maintaining faculty records. Case Manager


THE ROLE

The Case Manager helps individuals with advice, life coaching, and to figure out what kind of help they need, help them find the services they need, create plans for support and work with other health and human service providers, and keep a status update on the participant's progress with and individualized success plans. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full participant success cycle. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the participant's education and human services needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starting strategic thinker who demonstrates the spirit of creativity and resourcefulness that a high impact environment demands, and who focuses on both relationships and metrics to accelerate results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Case Manager

  • Coordinate and provide case management that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure
  • Help clients achieve career and postsecondary success and autonomy
  • Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc)
  • Help individuals make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding college and career options
  • Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the program team throughout the entire case management process
  • Take the extra mile and interact with participants to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction
  • Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
  • Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
  • Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues
  • Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
