[WardFive] Forum on Pending DCPS School Closures for Ward 5 - Tuesday, November 20th

 

The Ward Five Council on Education will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 20th from 6:30-8pm at the Lamond-Riggs Library (5401 South Dakota Ave. NE).

This month's meeting will be totally devoted to the pending school closures -- DCPS is set to announce school closures on Tuesday, November 13th. Our special guest for this month will be our Ward 5 Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie.

We hope that all community stakeholders, students, parents, and educators will attend. We look forward to having an open and honest discussion that will allow us to develop a comprehensive plan that is best for the Ward 5 community and our public schools.
