Good Morning! I am currently looking for a place to rent in Ward 5 and would like some guidance. My name is Anna and I am currently looking for a room to rent in the city in an LGBT friendly spot (for my english toy spaniel and myself). I'm 30, grew up near St. Louis, Missouri, I work for a local non profit as the Executive Assistant to the President (love the non profit world after 7 years of working in Congress). In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, walking, hiking, cooking, pouring wine for local vineyards at various festivals. My routine is pretty normal, out the door by 7:30am in the morning and home by 6 or so. In the evenings, I like to hang out at home and read on my computer,watch tv, and spend time with my dog. My dog is crate trained and just a sweet little guy. I am currently trying to find a room to rent in a house or apartment in Washington, DC. My budget is $700 a month, but that can be worked through a bit. I hope to hear from you with suggestions.
