cheat_training_group Cheat Tomorrow

Hey all,

As you know, tomorrow is out last Cheat Trip of the season!  The river is 3.5 right now which is perfect. We are keeping our eyes on the level but I think it will stay about the same. If you are not planning to meet at the park and ride, please do check your email or call someone who is there to be sure we are still going to the CHEAT!

We will be practicing for the race so be ready to lead some rapids and paddle straight through some longer sections. 

Don't forget that this Sunday is the Seneca Showdown at Riley's Lock! Come race the attainment race and the mass-start downriver race. It will be great practice for the Cheat and the first race of the President of the Potomac series!!!

We will have one more (bonus) attainment next Wednesday. And then the Cheat Race is next Friday at 5 pm. Register here. Any good team names yet? I am missing the race this year and want to race vicariously!

There are a couple of spots remaining in Upper Yough Training.  Check the link for info and registration!
