First, I go to the Parsons Gauge Predictor and get the number for about 8 hours before I'll be putting on: http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=pbz&gage=PSNW2http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=pbz&gage=PSNW2
I then go to the Keelhaulers page and plug the number in: http://www.keelhauler.org/khcc/cheatcalc.htmhttp://www.keelhauler.org/khcc/cheatcalc.htm
Based on this, if weather forecasts hold true this week, it's telling us that next weekend, the level will be about 2 ft.
